Interesting caps. I have never seen these before. They are the Cutlass and F-85 logo in the middle but those are not 62. 62 f-85 lineup did not offer a 14 inch wheel. 63 had a 14 inch wheel option but those are not 63 either. My guess is 64 but I don't know.

 

Where are you measuring from? Not real clear in the picture?
