‘70 Cutlass flat top fenders - driver and passenger - need work

(Feb 21 bump up) This driver's side fender is on eBay for $265 - selling for $200 here, you pick it up.
1970 flat ridge Cutlass driver's side fender with trim moulding holes filled. It has etching primer applied after a media blast, but that is all.
There are some pinholes on the top edge, and it needs repair in the bottom rear. You can see the patching that has been done - over the top instead of cutting and replacing.
