There's experts on here that can verify, but 7040258 carbs are all "RK" pick codes.

It's a restamp. As Vader stated, the code on real deal carbs is RK. In addition, the font on the 8 isn't close to matching the 8s on real carbs. Interestingly, the build date of 2659 is a known 7040258 build date.
