These were typically dealer installed, they allow you to open the window a bit and keep out the rain.
I have 1 set for the '77 to '85 4dr Delta 88s, '77 to '83 4dr 98s and 1 set for the '77 to '80? 2 dr 88s & 98s.
The 2 dr set was pulled from a '79 Delta 88. The 4 dr set was purchased as a set for a Custom Cruiser but incorrectly labled.

The 4 dr sets will not work on a Custom Cruiser - well, the fronts are the same, but the rear windows on the CC are longer.
