69 Cutlass 442 floor shift speedo.

The face or white printed 0-10-20-30 numbers are showing areas of thin color and some areas of what looks like dirt
Lense looks like it would polish up nicely.
Pins on the back appear to be pretty tight.
Black plastic cup pretty nice also.
69 uses a slip on speedo cable, 68 uses a threaded cable.
