Stefano; Just to let you know all 69 H/O's came with heavy duty cooling. The casting numbers that i'm familiar with those cars are 400268,400269 400289 and I think 400296.

 

Ok, thank you for the info. I have this part number from Mondello, notes that it was used in H/O non a/c cars as well as the other applications in the parts book.

 

Just for clarification, the correct casting number is 400269 with heavy duty cooling or A/C for the 68-69 model years. The way they were cast, they can often be misread as the other numbers provided by Guy. The 398681 water pump is for 400 and 455 engines in the 68-69 model years without A/C or heavy duty cooling.
