Its a brand new rebuilt i bought for my 70 350.Worked good but only drove it twice till i got my original rebuilt and now i don't need it.

 

It would be helpful to know the RP part number on the vertical slab, driver side, toward the rear.

Well, that's a far cry from a 1971 455 carburetor. You need to clearly state the model number of the carburetor - otherwise it's pretty much a useless thread (it pretty much is already since it's not a 1971 455 Quadrajet - of course, no one really knows what this carburetor is until you post a model number).
