All tires will have a date code on them right next to the rim edge. The code is the last set of digits in the DOT codes. Before 2000 it was a 3-digit code, now it's 4-digit. The tires on my Charger R/T are date coded 3517, that's the 35th week of 2017. 3-digit codes like 357 would be 35th week of 1997 (or 1987), etc.
Still what is the date of tires ? They sure look old I have never seem them before either. I would of just wanted the tires and paid to have them removed.
I bought a set of these new in 2004 for my 79 Hurst Olds at the time, 225-60R-14, but I think they stopped making 14" within a few years after that. I thought the ride was too harsh nevertheless, I find the 215-60R-14 Cooper Cobra GT's I have on the 79 H/O I own now are a better ride for sure.
