Complete set of 1969 including the center main one, has the hardware to mount it to the bumper.(can't change the title) I did not clean them, got the bumper assembly as a trade and was sitting locally here in Arizona since the 80's, surface rust only.Price on the brackets is 125.00, shipping 45.00 Fed Ex ground.
