My machinist said he has a block that was abandoned at his shop that's about to head to the scrap heap.
455, freshly cleaned, align honed, bored and honed. Problem is they found a crack on the deck. Looks like it's repairable, but the customer tucked tail and ran at that point.
Let me know if you're interested. The price is certainly right.

 

Where is the crack. I would let it go.
