I just removed these from my engine. I am going with aluminum heads because the set of F heads with a bad exhaust guide turned out to be an E heads with the bottom leg ground off. They have very few miles on them, under 1K.
On two of the plates there are what appear to be wear but I see no marks on the rocker arms. I do not remember if it was that way when I installed them a few years ago. It will have not affect anything.

Push rod length and thread sizes on the studs might be helpful.
