If you leave your lights on after turning the car off a buzzer will sound. It connects one lead to the fuse controlling the lights and another wire going to a fuse that's only hot when the ignition is on. Thus if iginition is off and light fuse is hot then buzzer sounds.

BTW: In the last few weeks I could have used this on my 442 twice - somehow I left the lights on - during the day. DIdn't even remebr turning them on in the first place. UGH
