I have a 63 and 64 Impala and a 67 442 and they all have the curved grill like this one. I have two others that i bought without the original boxes, so no part numbers, and they both have the square grill.

New '70 Cutlass s 047.JPG

New '70 Cutlass s 048.JPG Looks the same as one just pulled from a 70 Cutlass S, besides grill.

I'm not an expert but I've only seen the metal bottom & metal grate with the curved corner on the '70 & Oldsmobiles. I "think" the plastic ones came into use in about '72 or '73 on some big Oldsmobiles & other G.M. brands There should be a date stamped on the bottom of the blower motor.
