This is a shafted radio vs a DIN mount used in the 80's and newer. It's typical application would be 1970-1981 F body Camaro, Firebird ,1973 -1977 Monte Carlo, LeMans, Regal, Malibu. Shafted radios use a separate faceplate, or the dash as the faceplate, the DIN radio does not need a faceplate

 

If those are the 3 plugs that fit in the back, this will fit a 1978-1979-1980 Cutlass. One question though. Is the surround around the station indicator white or brushed steel, can't tell by the photo.

 

Yes, it is hard to tell the dial surround finish in that photo. I didn't notice until you asked. It's brushed steel/aluminum.
