I've never actually used the '68 up manifold on a '67 myself, but, I'm pretty sure they would fit OK.
Is your Cutlass a big block or small block? Keep in mind these are big block manifolds.
They may work on a small block, but, I'd be a little reluctant to buy them on that assumption.
I think as long as you have a big block you should be fine.
Maybe someone who has first hand experience with this will comment.
