69 H/O & w-30 both use a Capitol E in center with dashes radiating out from center at 120 degree intervals,
At last count I had 15 variations of makers marks on these & had not inspected all

 

I believe the ones on my H/O are original...They have an upper case "P". I just checked some pics I took at the H/O Nats at Indy and those cars that were said to be original also had "P". I wouldn't be surprised if they just picked what was available the day the car was being built.

 

Those marks signify that they are "Grade 5" bolts.
