Used 69 Deluxe Wheel
This is a fairly typical used 69 Deluxe wheel. In some places the grain is worn off. It is a little sticky (from the plasticizers leaching out--as per other threads on this site). The horn center cap is not correct--it is for a 68. $450.00 shipped lower 48.
