Those are called rear ashwell panels, and they look to be in really good shape. The metal panels tend to get all rotted out. You can unscrew the metal arms and it all fits in a reasonably sized box pretty easily.

Thank you for this info. I prefer not to ship, but it sounds like it would be pretty painless in this case.
