Best place to buy 8 track factory housings and lower A/C valance
I checked out my 8 track and it works. I used a power supply from Fry's Electronics for $12. It puts out 12vdc and 5vdc. I used information I got on here on how to test 8 tracks. The female plastic connecter is used for this. It has 3 male pins coming out. Yellow 12vdc, light blue speaker positive lead only, and ground (all grounds went together even speaker ground) & an 8 track tape if you want to hear some tunes. Must use an 8 ohm speaker configuration ONLY. Any other and you will burn 8 track amplifier if I remember correctly.

Not at the moment just looking to trade for a complete 8 track setup. Hopefully one of the guys that restores them sees my post.ill let you know if I change my mind. Thanks
