Trade 1 1976 Olds 455 for Chevy BB
I am looking for a chevy big block. I have a lead on an Olds 455 and auto trans. Set up is complete, it even still has the belts on it and A/C comp. It was pulled from a running 76 Delta 88. If I can find someone that has a Chevy big block to trade, I will buy the motor and trade. I want the chevy to put in an Impala. I considered putting the 455 in the Impala, but i want to keep Olds with Olds and Chevy with Chevy.

Good move. Not sure how much the asking price is for the engine/transmission but the going rate is usually $400 or $500 for one that runs give or take a hundred depending upon the local market. Hope you can shoot a good deal for all concerned, good luck.
