That's a good price. Do you by chance have the two small windage trays and the main cap bolts that hold them on? If so that could increase the interest in your pan. If you do have them you could increase the asking price of your pan to include them.

Im running the toro pan, pickup and windage trays in my 64. My 455 is a 68' vintage Toro motor. (Nodular crank and "C" heads) Fits great, cant go wrong with the extra quart of oil.
