I don't know if this is why it hasn't sold yet but that is not technically "correct" for the Cutlass, at least not the '68-'72 cars, not sure about later years. The bracket used for the kick down switch was also used on the 2 speed transmissions offered in '68 & maybe '69?

If the THROTTLE PEDDLE is attached with 3 bolts this is the bracket needed.
