Big body sway bar and control arms. Those with greater knowledge than me can probably comment on compatibility. Not mine, but hopefully can help someone.

Those aren't "B-body". They are 1973-77 A-body.

This is a B body sway bar and lower control arms. Not the 73-77 A body sway bar, which is shaped like a V rather than two humps. The B body (90's caprice) will work on 73-77 A bodies with the exception of the lower control arm bushings. They are too wide and need to be replaced.

 

I mean, for what it's worth, these WILL fit the G3 A body cars, just gotta trim a little off the bushings and spacer. 22" bolt center and the sway bar is an upgrade from the 15/16" stock bar if the car came with one.
