Steel Belted Modifier 70S tires

Probably a long shot, but I have a set of Steel Belted Modifier 70S tires that have been in my garage for quite a while. 2 are size P235/70R15, and 2 are size P255/70R15. If anybody is interested ($25 each) - please let me know. Otherwise, they are going to the recycle bin at the local tire store.

They have "Medalist" stamped on them in small letters. I looked up Medalist tires on google, and it says they are made by Michelin Tire Company. The Steel Belted Modifier is not listed as a current tire in production, but the tread design looks like the "A/S Steel Belted Radial" by Medalist tires.

Are the tires white wall, black wall, or have raised white letters?

They are mounted on slotted chrome wheels black side out, but the other side has raised white letters and all have excellent tread.
