Pair of OEM exhaust manifolds. Right side (398704) is NOS while the left (380001) is mint condition. The NOS has service part original black paint which is flaking, no evidence of any mounting bolt head marks. The left side has no pitting and is clean on the inside. I bought these about 10 years ago for a vehicle which unfortunately I no longer have. Priced less than reproductions at $399. Shipping will be actual USPS cost.
Thanks.
I purchased them for my 1970 that I no longer have. According to the references I have, such as Mike Siedlik's Oldsmobile That Great Lansing Sound, the 398704 was originally used for 1969 thru 1972 350 either single or dual exhaust. You use a block-off plate as available from Inline Tube (I should have a new one here with the bolts) for duals. The reproductions are different in this respect. The 380001 without a heat riser valve was for 1970 thru 1971 350. A 380001 with a heat riser was 1964 thru 1969 330 and 350. If one was looking to eliminate their heat riser valve then this manifold would be an attractive way to do so. Really, they should fit most small block Olds of the era.
