Serpentine kit for BBO

For sale are the Adapter plates to mount the Chevy brackets from a mid 90's truck on a Big Block Olds for a serpentine belt. This set will include the adapter plates, lower support bracket,Stainless steel flat head cap screws to mount the adapter plates to the engine. Here are the details of the project...You will need the Chevy brackets,a Ford crank pulley(the Olds bolt hole pattern will have to be machined since it doesn't match the Ford bolt hole pattern, and the hole in the center is bigger than the pilot on the Olds harmonic balancer so it will not center on the pilot) the Chevy water pump pulley that was used in the same set up where the chevy brackets came from (the OLDS reverse rotation water pump has the same bolt pattern as the Chevy water pump pulley),The reverse rotation fan that was mounted to the chevy water pump (a "normal" fan will not work here, the fan blades will be spinning backwards),you will also want to grab the idler pulley that was mounted to the Chevy brackets,
The last but very important detail is that you will have to modify the pass side Chevy bracket to make it work with the mechanical fuel pump, or utilize a electric fuel pump. The buyer will also have to make some additional support brackets for the pass side. You can use a CS144 style alternator, but there will be fitment issues in a G-body unless you make some clearance on the underside of the hood.A CS130 style alternator should work fine in a G-body.You may also have to exchange the pulley from the power steering pump to the smaller S-10 style pulley in a G-body.Here is the original thread that has a lot of the details in it listed above.

The price will be $200 plus shiping.

Does anyone have a measurement from the top of the stock valve cover to the top of the alternator for overall height?.. trying to find out if this will fit. Or a measurement where the valve cover meets the head to the highest point on the alternator.
