I have a very good pair of 8-17-71 dated bucket seat headrests in white. While they will fit 69-72, they are correct for 70-72. I was going to use these on my W-31, but have since found 69 headrests. I started cleaning them with meguiars vinyl cleaner and they could use some more cleaning and then could be used as is on a white interior car.
no splits in the vinyl, soft all around. the plastic on the bottom is very nice with one just starting to get chalky and deteriorate on one edge.
one light scuff and a few minor marks which I tried to show.
$200 for the pair, plus shipping. I could bring these to Homecoming on June 16 if serious interest.
Well these posts are helpful in so many ways. That’s so cool how they are dated. I’ll have to check mine which are original to my 72 W30 convertible. I also have a set of bench seat headrests. I would now assume they are all dated like that. Thanks!
