Good for a driver or a survivor car. Some scratching, etc on the "PREMIUM FUEL" insert part. That area could probably be masked off and the outer, plated surfaces cleaned up some more.

Not rusty or pitted and the underside/gasket area is well intact....no cracks, etc in the gasket/seal. Pulled from a car decades ago and stored inside.
