Original 4-4-2 four-speed Hurst shifter.
This is the square handle style that was correct original on the 1966 4-4-2's.
not the rounded, or tapered, style that was correct original on the 1967-69 4-4-2's.
This difference is barely noticeable, so, unless you need it to be 100% correct,
it can be used on '67-'69.
The mechanism has been disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and reassembled.
I hesitate to use the term "rebuilt" since it was in very good condition
except for the "wave" shim plate which was the only part that needed replacing.
Handle has been rechromed.
