Oldsmobile Tach

I have SOLD this item to a member here.

Many thanks to all.
I have had this for 30 plus years. It looks pretty good.
Unfortunately I am loosing my memory, I just say CRS, can't remember sh!#.
I have no memory how long I have had it, where it came from, what car it is for or if it works. But if someone could tell me how to wire it I could see if it works, it has a brown, a black, and a gray wire.
I also have no idea how much it is worth. I would like to hear what you members here think about that.
Would sell for $50

Check your factory service manual for the schematic but I believe the brown goes to coil negative, black to ground and the gray to a dash light source for the backlight to come on with headlights/dash lights.

These are frequently on Ebay selling for $100 or so when they do in fact sell. You can do an Ebay completed auction search (use the 'advanced' option and check the box for 'completed auctions') to see if and what they sold for over at least a 90-day prior period.

Looks like 1965 442. I think 1966 had a different case.

If it works and no one wants it for an Olds, I need a tach on my 73 Econoline.

Had one just like the one shown in my '64 Cutlass. Also, I suspect the '64-6 big cars may have used it as well.

64 and 65 to be exact, standard equipment with either console (MT or AT) in those years.
