Oldsmobile dealer installed accessory from the late 1960's. Small size tissue dispenser with mounting bracket. It holds the Kleenex "Juniors" size tissues. It can be mounted under the dash or various other places. Probably can be used on just about any year Olds. Overall fair driver condition. It will work fine but not real pretty.
