Of course I realize it, but it looked from the original posting like he was kind of "in the business" and might have an ongoing inventory. Seemed like it was worth a shot and indeed it was as I got a lead on a Qjet from it.

I'm looking for a 4bll Qjet for a 350 Olds. It came originally with a 2bll set-up but I'm changing it to 4. I think the # is 7042250 but not sure. It'd be great if you had one.

 

Looking for an early 7040257, before the last week of oct 69.

Hi Need a Q-jet for a 455 engine code 396021F with E heads, what one goes with it and how much if you have one thanks Phil from Milwaukee

 

Umm.....that is the casting number for any 455 (OK some have an A, but it's all the same) and the E heads are just 1970 castings and could come in large or small valve units.
There has been no sign of this guy since he posted this add.
