OLDS ROCKET 350 V-8 Motor

From a 68 Cutlass with 85k miles.

# 5 Heads. Rochester carb.

250HP (stock rating 2 barrel)

Clean and Complete as pictured—Crank turns freely. Oil and coolant look fine.

Looks untouched---For rebuild only.
Has not been started in years I imagine.

I have a hoist for easy loading. Pickup in Connecticut 06451 only-- $400

It's either one or the other.

High compression was 310 HP, 10.25:1
Low compression was 250 HP, 9:1.

Your photo shows a 2-Jet carb, so this is a low-compression motor.
