Olds..60lb oil pressure transducer/sender #6462142 66-67 F-85 442 ralley pack
US address..paypal only
Used sender i recently discovered while sorting some GS parts...I had this on a 70 GS which in 70 used the 60 lb sender too..i replaced it with a correct sender numbered for a Buick when i restored the car 20 years ago..this went in a box and here it is...
Its an original GM A/C delco with made in USA logos...Part number 6462142
which out of the GM parts manual is
"SWITCH 66 F85 Rally Pack 400 Eng 6462142 1 32 45 TRANSDUCER oil pressure 66 67 F85 Rally Pack 330 400 eng" ...(it was $35 bux in 1972...)
I CHANGED IT BECAUSE I WANTED THE RIGHT SENDER ON MY CAR...not because there was a prob..later in life, i figured out the pipe threads and the brass elbow are diff between Buick and Olds...I'm sure it was a service piece and who ever put it n my car..the only thing that mattered it was a 60 pounder..its dated 153rd day of 69
When you pop the hood on an Olds..one of the first things you see is this big old honkin' sender right in your face....if the car has manual gauges
It worked, but i havent seen it work in over 20 something years...theres a guy on the Buick board rebuilding them, but i have found as long as they dont rust thru and leak..they ususally work..you be the judge..so..here it is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP
$65 shipped

after a few questions..this sender uses a brass "L" spade between the 2 nuts on top for the lead from the gauge..
its snapped off just like most...they are soft yellow brass and bend them once or twice and they break..
They are reproduced for/by the GTO guys on ebay..just a couple bux..the last one i bought i got at napa
tallpaul67 is first he beat ya Sidney in a PM by less than a minute..
there are others in line
