I never met Chis, but as many here at CO can attest, his wit, humor and knowledge are greatly missed.

 

What a great guy Chris Witt was for the hobby and this site. He is greatly missed.

 

He always hooked me up with great parts at a reasonable and fair price. Plus he'd always add some non-related stuff in the box like heat shrink tubing, wire, and other sundry items that bore no resemblance to Olds parts. Always made me chuckle. He was fair and fast with his shipping, too. Great all around guy.

I had a friend who inquired about a 254 carb and actually talked to her. She wouldn't sell it and tried selling him another carb & he said he wasn't interested in anything but a 254. I don't think she's interested in selling anything to be honest.
