Sorry I do not have exact application info
On EBAY the sellers are saying mid 1960's corvette with gauges??? I did purchase this in a lot of parts from a 1971 442 and "assumed" the previous owner purchased it for the rally pac the car had...

In the 1975 dated Olds parts manual it says 66-72 F85 w/ Rally Pac + 66-67 Toro. It is a superceded number (replaced #6402483) after the original blade type. You would have to cut a small notch in the plastic wiring connector as it would be horizontal as opposed to vertical. It should function the same.

It would fit other GM BPC aps, too. I only listed the Olds info in the 75 catalog.
