Yes, 2 steering wheels were recently offered on Ebay. Both had buy-it-now prices. I felt this one was undervalued, the other bare wheel with defects was fairly valued. I paid the seller every penny he thought they were worth, and he saved money by shipping both wheels in one box. $829.00 is just an asking price. No one expects to pay list price anymore. $425.00 may end up being the selling price, but not today. BTW, since you saw the wheels on Ebay, why didn't you buy one or both?
