Gasket appears as if it has been compressed comparing it to a straight out of the box NOS cap gasket.
At any rate, what you have there is GM p/n 22531828, for 1986 Oldsmobile 307 VIN Y or 9 only. Physically will fit any of the twist top V8 oil fill tubes, but only technically "correct" for 1986. Still a good deal regardless, especially if you need one.
