He had attached it to a base that was also noted as being nos which I’m keeping. Excellent color and mint condition. It’s much greener in color than the pics reflect. I will check but I believe it’s the same casting as my 7042953 carb off my 72 W30 convertible.

I just checked and the casting code on my 7042953 carb is 7044997 so different.
