At first I thought your posting was asking $180 EACH CAP

Now I think it says $180 each SET OF FOUR caps

maybe others are also confused....

Comprehension is easier if writers use a modicum of punctuation...

Carriage returns...

And white space. It's free.

I would word it plain and simple like
"$180/set of four" or
"$180 ea / $720 per set"

The superfluous use of 0's for the cents always amuses me too, Like the TV ad I saw the other day:

"WIN $7,000.00 a WEEK FOR LIFE"

Well, if we are going to impress with lots of zeroes, and the ones to the right of the decimal don't matter anyhow, why not make it look even better:

"WIN $7,000.000000000 a WEEK FOR LIFE"

It's still $7k, but it sure looks better with all them digits!

Evidently, yes.
Maybe it was just me

Don't get your panties in a bunch over it, sir.

From this

"Complete set perfect 450.00 were still available from GM as of a year ago 180.00ea"

text, I gathered that they were $450.00000000 when last available from GM, and that you were now offering them for $180.000 each, but... that added up to $720.0000 per set, which didn't seem to make sense, so then I figured maybe it was $180 the set.

Which is why using individual lines and clearly stating the "per each" and "per set" prices eliminates confusion at no cost to anyone. Good day!

I couldn't figure out what you were trying to get for them either.

Apparently we're all just not as smart as you are

Been sitting on my desk for the last 10 years. 50 bucks shipped to the lower 48. Its never been installed I just dont have the box anymore.

You should really start your own for-sale thread

Just trying to stop the bitterness starting to build within this thread. I really don't care if I sell it or not. It's a great pencil holder for my desk.

This thread is exactly why talented and knowledgeable people like Greg are leaving classic olds. The guy is just trying to sell something and has to deal with all this craziness...
