This is a base 72 Cutlass steering wheel, it will fit on other years but would be correct for 1972. Its in good driver condition clean with no major damage bolt on and use as is. I dont have the fasteners that hold the horn part to the wheel. EDIT: that hardware is now included w the wheel. Look at the pics and ask any questions.

The screws you're missing are phillips head machine screws about 1 1/2" long. Easy to get at local auto parts screw/bolt bin.

Nice wheel BTW, hard to find them without being all cracked to pieces. The pearl inlay is the part that usually is missing or badly discolored/cracked.

I picked up the hardware to hold the horn section onto the wheel it is included w the wheel.
