I can't say for sure that this is a factory W30 emblem. I'll explain. My friends (2 brothers) both worked at Oldsmobile from the early 60's to 2010 or so. Of course Olds was gone by then, the young one worked at the plant that made Traverses, etc at the end of his career.. Anyway, at one time they closed a few plants and were throwing everything away, He was in skilled trades and knew every one and ended up getting all sorts of manufacturing stuff. Anyway, during some time in his career he grabbed this W30 emblem .I believe it's the one that goes on the lower rear of front fenders. It has never been installed as it has no thread cut marks on the pegs. He knew I was a Olds guy so after finding it again in his shop he gave it to me along with some other Olds stuff, as a wall hanger. I will send it to you (in continental US) for $30.00. I don't know if there will be any interest in it, If there is I will post some pics. Thanks Greg.
