Misc olds parts for sale. Typically 1950's through 1970's Updated 3/29/2019

Hi All
When I first joined the site I created a parts for sale post and began selling parts to fund my restoration projects. Due to work, life, and many variables we all encounter I've been here and active in spurts, then gone for periods of time. I was retired but am now working part time so I'm still kinda busy and am clearly not organized with my parts stash. What I want to try is list parts here for sale and/or for trade. I'm thinking I'll go through a box/shelf/pile of parts deciding what I need to save for my cars and make a list of things for sale with prices and some photos. It will vary from post to post what I'm offering, the parts collection is typically from the mid-1950's through the late 1970's. But I believe people will find the items they're interested in if they use the search function if they don't want to go through the whole list. I'm located in Oregon so big or heavy items may be expensive to ship, and if your on the East coast you may want to check with members there first.

Then, I'm still collecting parts for projects I'm planning to build. Yeah, I likely won't live long enough to build them all, but when the time comes I need to sell something the buyer will have the option to purchase a truck load of parts with each car! So if you have spare parts to offer in trade for something please let me know. I've got most of the common items but NOS or very nice used parts would be considered to help me upgrade the parts for each vehicle. And I'd always consider options as several of these cars I'd like to add more options than came with them. I guess that's one of those illnesses like the dreaded "might as well" when we build a car! That said, here's a list of the project cars I'm collecting parts for.

1964 Cutlass 2 door hardtop
1964 Cutlass convertible
1964 Cutlass wagon
1965 442 hardtop
1967 442 post
1967 442 hardtop
1967 Cutlass 4 door post
1968 442 post
1969 442 W30
1969 Vista Cruiser
1969 Toronado W34
1969 Delta Royale with Police Interceptor engine/transmission option
1970 442
1971 Cutlass flat top wagon

OK... I'll post some items for sale/trade later this weekend. John

I've got several boxes of misc. NOS vintage parts. Some electrical and a bunch of brake stuff, I think its all vintage from the 1930's and 40's. When I did a search on this one it came up as fitting 1937 through 49 Buick Olds Pontiac. I'd like $15 for this one, the can is still sealed, metal top and bottom with cardboard sides. A distributor breaker plate isn't something that wears out, but it might make a cool decoration in your garage.

I think so, but will need to check and make sure I've got an extra set. Do you know what the casting numbers are? I can look it up, but if you already knew that would save me some time.

Craig, I've got some brackets that look right but have different numbers, I suspect they are from other years. The only thing I have with one of these casting numbers is 382800 Let me know if that will help. John

Hi All, sorry I've not followed through on this thread. Its still an experiment as members may have to do a search to see if I've listed a specific item for sale. Life has been busy, and still is. But I need to free up some space. Right now I'm focused on finishing off the 1954 Olds 88 and 1978 Toronado parts cars. I'm using a sawzall to cut up body panels so there's no warpage from heat. Here's a few more items, feel free to ask questions or for photos of anything.

1954 Olds 88 4 door post car
Rear window trim, $35
Front windshield trim, $35
Vacuum wiper motor, untested $15
A-arms $35 each
Front windshield channel is nice, if anyone wants all or part of it to replace rust on yours price for all is $100 plus shipping. If you want less lets talk about it.
Dash is metal but in nice shape, $50 for all lets talk about where you want it cut.
Rear windshield glass, tinted, if you pick up $25. If you need it shipped lets discuss what it would take for me to build a crate.
Firewall is nice, if you want part or all of it cut out and shipping it would be $100 or less depending on what you want.

1978 Toronado
Under dash wiring harness, I don't see any cut wires. $100 with fuse block
Front header panel with grills $75
Doors, empty $50 ea.
Fenders $50 ea.
Still have some misc. red interior parts.

1969-72 A-body bucket seat frames and springs. I think the seat bottom springs are good and usable, the seat backs might need some support added to some of the springs. $150 plus shipping.

I had offered the power brake setup from a 1954 Olds 88 as a package but didn't get any interest. I've actually put these two items on ebay but if someone buys them through here I'll remove them from there.

Treadelvac power brake booster and master cylinder. $95
Vacuum can for the power brakes, untested but looks sound. $75

Well, I've given this a try as I didn't want to create a listing for each and every part. But I have to admit I've not sold much through this thread. I was hoping people looking for parts would use the search option and find things that way. I'm going to add a few items today but am not sure if I'll continue with this thread.

1965 Cutlass 4 door, doors complete $150 each or bare $100 each
1965 Cutlass 2 door post doors bare $200 each (some dents but no rot)
1974 Olds Omega drivers side fender $175
1974 Olds Omega deck or trunk lid $100
1974 Cutlass Supreme deck or trunk lid $100
1964 Cutlass rear bumper, core but solid $125
1955 Olds 98 drivers side front fender, nice $250
1955 Olds 98 passengerside fender, rot at heel $100

I'll try to add some photos later, but let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to see photos of.

I think I still have the tail lights, but will need to locate them this weekend. I've also got one nice 1973 442 fender and the top header panel that goes above and between the grills. I'm sure I've got some other things, but this is what comes to mind right now.

OK, your welcome to make a list of the items your looking for. Its easier for me to post pictures either here or in an email. Whichever method works best for you. I can take pictures with my phone, but my camera takes much better photos.

Photos of the 1964 Cutlass rear bumper. I'm not sure what the previous owner was doing when he ground on the bottom of the bumper under the license plate area, but I had forgotten this damage. Price reduced to $125 plus shipping. Price is for a bare bumper, I still need to remove the brackets shown in the photo.
