Devon Webb posted this about the master when I posted an question about this.
"Updated replacement for the original CT code drum Masters.
Unlike Disc Masters, the CT and later DP code Drum masters were widely used by all divisions for drum brake cars.
The DP was used concurrently with the CT for a while.
The master in the photo no longer has bleeders which was a mid 70’s and later design change."
I do not have the internals.
