Pics of the chromies.

All six wheels have original caps and retainers.
Not the best, but are included.

Of the set of 4, all the bolt holes are in good shape, but one
has a hickey on the inside lip. I wanted to show it for the interested parties.
I'm thinking a little heat and a BFH...

Yep, a hot Texas day will be a gimme. The sweat dripping off my nose
will cool it off fast enough though, heh.

I have decided to drop the price $25 on the SS-1's because of the one with the hickey
to $225 for the set. PM me if interested, thanks.

14X7 LZ code on the 4. 14X6 LE code on the 2 chromies. I know the LE's are drum.
Not sure about the LZ's.

I know LZs were used on 1970 W-30s with disk brakes.

Good question Troy. I know some 71's had them. My 66 has a set but
probably not correct for it. I have never checked.

Hey Troy,

Cromie SS1's were available on 66-69 Cutlass/442's in 14x6. '70's went to 15x7 with a trim ring. There was a one year only 15x7 Cromie available in 1971-very rare.

Buddy,

My 70 442, has 14x7's with the trim ring. Was there two sizes for 70?

My bad, Troy! SS Wheels were 14" thru 1972; it was the WIDTH that grew from 6" to 7" in '70...😬

Buddy,
I don't recall ever seeing any factory 15" x 7" in '70 or '71. the 1969 Hurst olds had 15 by 7 wheels that were all chrome I believe. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?

looking for a 14x6 LY code
I know you said you could not find any codes but I had to really search and found the code on the inner bead lip. tiny M4 over a tiny 9 then larger date numbers and LY the large date and LY were barely stamped.
Thanks
