Bill, that is strictly a Pontiac dual gate with the straight stick. It appears to have holes for a top plate, so I'm guessing '67 and earlier. The '68 Pontiac dual gates used a clipped on top plate that didn't use the four corner top plate screws.

'68-69 H/O used a curved stick like the Yenkos would have... and the '68 H/O top plate is the same as '67 GTO. The '69 used the same casting top plate but with burlwood insert.

Good luck with sale, figured I'd share what I've learned over the past year...
