Heater control valve (vacuum holds it closed)

Had this on a motor for a few thousand miles. Works great, I removed my air conditioning and don't need it. Was $30 at the parts store, make an offer.

Found another one in the garage today, brand new & never mounted. I could have sworn I had a new one somewhere lol. Ended up re-buying.
2 Available now.

Is the heater control valve still available? What car does it fit? Thanks.

I coud use one, too.

Are you sure vacuum opens it, rather than closes it?

I still have both of these.
Vacuum holds them closed.

I am interested in purchasing one. I need to know if it fits my car, 1962 Starfire, no AC. Can you send me a picture of yours?

I checked - vacuum holds mine closed as well.

I'd be glad to buy one - I believe they're pretty much all the same in terms of fittings and size. Mine's for a 260 V8 (yes, Olds underbored the 350 SB in the late '70's) in a '73 Delta (I know, I wouldn't have done it either, but I can't complain about the mileage).

Let me know how much you'd like for it shipped to Maine 04046.

Thanks,

- Eric
