Original front pad from a 1970 Cutlass 8 track tape player. It is gold in color. I think the same color was also used in the 1969 cars. Nice clean unrestored condition. The pad is still soft. Is that the original gold coloring or re-color?

 

Look at his last pic.....that is the original finish....the factory made all these pads in black vinyl and then colored (ie-painted) them accordingly. You can see the black vinyl and the gold overspray in the last pic. That IS original.
