Genuine GM accessory license plate frame. It is possibly NOS with some shelfwear. This one has a small handle at the top. It is meant for those cars with the gas filler under the license plate. These were available in the 60's and 70's at all the GM dealers. It is stainless steel. There are no dings or dents but it could use a buffing. It easily lays flat on a flat surface, or on a license plate. It does want to twist sometimes. See the last picture. It will be fine on a license plate. $159.00, includes U.S. shipping.
