67-early 70 "O" or 70-72 corporate 10? Id be interested in the 342s if 67-70 "O"

Those are 71-up 8.5" 10-bolt gears,NOT for the O-axle.

 

507 how can you tell? The item that lookls like a reluctor wheel?

 

We can just tell from many years of seeing the gears. The 'O' type will have the same inner bearing but the outer bearing is much smaller and has a heavy taper smooth NO ledge for a crush sleeve either.

tone ring sleeve is the 3.08 gear set and came be removed to use in old 1970-2012 car & truck rears too.

I have 2 sets of NEW Richmond 3.42 gears BUT they are 385.00 a set now. NO ONE has them and I found a couple but they were even more expensive for me to buy too. Jim

I am interested in the 3.42 gears. I currently have 3.08 in my 8.5 10 bolt. Will there be anything else I need?
